We are welcoming you using all the local organic products produced at our place. Free range organic chickens and eggs from our yard, as well as fresh salads from Maria’s orchard, but also wild seasonal herbs that she herself will go out to collect. Pork and sausages from the farm in our neighboring village but also a surprise with wild boar and hare in season. A phone call is enough, ideally from the day before when it comes to special requests like a rabbit stew, but also a few hours before to order what you want if it’s roasts of the hour or a rooster pastitsada !!
